• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per household unless specifically authorized
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe
• Payment is due in advance for the selected subscription period
• Prices are in USD and include all applicable taxes
• Auto-renewal can be disabled in your account settings
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Redistribute or resell our content
• Use VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions (where applicable)
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify our services
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Overload our servers with excessive simultaneous connections

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

• Temporary outages do not constitute grounds for refund unless specified in our refund policy

All content provided through our service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods unless specified in refund policy

By BuyIPTV8k

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Immediate termination for illegal activities or abuse
• 30-day notice for service discontinuation (when possible)

BuyIPTV8k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BuyIPTV8k operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
